3. TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA
Aero Fluid Service stores data in the form of: name, surname and / or company name, tax identification number, correspondence address, e-mail address and telephone number; Bank account number; image of people visiting the company; all information for the purposes of our consultancy and maintenance services. 

4.  SOURCE OF DATA ACQUISITION
Aero Fluid Service receives your data:
- when concluding and performing contracts,
- when submitting your inquiry or order in person, by e-mail or telephone,
- during your stay at the premises of the Aero Fluid Service (in terms of image that can be recorded in connection with site monitoring)
- during the provision of services.

5.  PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data is processed in order to:
- rendering services resulting from the operations of Aero Fluid Service,
- concluding contracts,
- answers to questions,
- performance of contracts, orders and obligations (to the extent necessary),
- making payments,
- compliance with the legal obligation (in particular, the preparation and storage of documentation - invoices / sales documents and other accounting documents),
- confirming the performance of obligations and pursuing claims or defense against claims.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes and the legitimate interests of the controller corresponding to these purposes. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the above-mentioned activities.
Despite the voluntary nature, the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to perform the above actions.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data are the provisions of art. 6 clause 1 point: a, b, c, f, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC, and for the rest - your consent.

Personal data will be processed until the cooperation between Aero Fluid Service, and your company and fulfill all obligations related to the termination of cooperation or objection, and after that for the period required by law.

The recipient of your personal data are our employees, associates and business partners. These data may also be transferred to institutions specified by law, e.g. the Tax Office, Customs Office, Social Security Institution, or other entities, as well as entities providing Aero Fluid Service with subcontracting, accounting, legal, IT or courier services. Your personal data processed by us will not be transferred to third countries. Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.

- deletion or limitation;
- object to their processing;
- data transfer;
- lodging a complaint to the supervisory body (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
